Vacancy-match

The eternal conundrum for businesses involved in the staff supply business, ie. contingent, search or permanent, is that they either have a surplus of people looking for work or too many vacancies that they are unable to fill.

The Kaonix range of talent sourcing products are used to source quality applicants when the economy is growing, but in a recession it is our vacancy sourcing products which are most in demand.

The vacancy search engine is the newest addition to our portfolio. In a nutshell our robots go out every evening and undertake real time searches of multiple job boards, employer web-sites, newspaper web-sites, etc, looking for any new vacancies that were added during the day. Irrespective of where the vacancies are sourced, they are de-duplicated, filtered and transformed into a standard format before being matched to each client's specific requirement.

Clients can specify generic or specific search criteria, eg. scientific sales positions, between 25-50k, within a 50 mile radius of a certain postcode or city. They may also specify additional keyword criteria, eg. molecular biology reagents, instrumentation, clinical research, genomic Proteomic research.

The resulting matched data is then provided daily to the client, either as standard XML for import directly into a CRM, ie. automatically populating their vacancy database; or as an excel spreadsheet and emailed directly to the individual recruitment consultant.

Intelligent

By importing the vacancy data directly into the client's CRM, all new "vacancies" can be instantly matched to their available candidates.

Integrated

In addition, each client is provided with a login to enable them to amend/change their search agent as and when required. This may be in order to manage the volume of vacancies being returned or to add a new requirement depending on the type of candidates currently available, without having to refer to us each time.

Easy to use

It goes without saying that as a general rule generic vacancies will return a much higher number of jobs and it is important that the client is able to manage and follow up the vacancies.
